Buyout - Lease-it Ltd buys Econocom (Suisse) S.A

Lease-it Ltd and Econocom Group have signed a purchase agreement regarding the shares of Econocom (Suisse) S.A. The sales and operational management of the company have been assigned to Mr. Carlo M. Premezzi, CEO of Lease-it Ltd.

Lease-it Ltd Plans to merge its activities with Econocom (Suisse) S.A. which will be renamed to lease it ltd covering the whole Swiss marketplace. The initial sales structure involves a team of 10 experienced employees and Agents with respective track records.

The buyer Lease-it Ltd focuses on the Swiss SMB  of all industries. After the merger the entity will have offices in Nyon and Zurich counting over 140 customers with a leasing portfolio of over CHF 70 Mio.
